Sneek 2024 KV Vaihto

Before Sneek we had to go on the flight and it was quite late and the capital was quite the nice experience

The first day in Sneek was quite interesting we had a lot of fun and we went to school where there was a cook off creation idea and it was quite amazing everyteam showed us something great 👍🏻

 

Worked at Noah from the first restaurant of the 3 I was prepping the station and got to make mustard soup and pumpkin soup and got to see some of the operation in the kitchen 

We were in a convention in leeuwarden they had lots of stands from software to different cheeses and even special drinks and different tastes of food 

My 3 days at Pata Negra I got to prep a lot of wraps and chickens and I was at charge in the cold station making different types breads and even more different style foods like different cheeses and with blueberry jam and more 

we were in school and it was an valentines evening special and we chose a section to help in I chose to go to the desert and got to make creme brulee and other as well. I went around to see what the other students were doing aswell and learnt a lot that day.

My three days at Markt

I was learning at different stations

From the warm side to cold they thought me how to round pizza doughs and more with platters

We went to Leuwarden with the train and saw some sights and was a cool journey there was statues and more water scenery

I was in the school restaurant and got to make compote and bread pudding as a lichen and still had to go to the hall side and put plates in front of the customers 

 Dearsums, the prep kitchen processed tens of kilos of meat and also got to make different mayo combinations

My last day in Sneek and I walked and covered the city before leaving was a really nice view
